Solid riser mount
Very solid rack riser mount fits perfectly on my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness. Initially it did not look like it would fit the thick rails on the car but the rubber part of the mount flexes to ensure a perfect fit.

Interesting?
This DOES NOT fit the Subaru Crosstrek I was sold the Evo Wingbar (53”) and this foot pack. Ise it if you want $2,500 worth of sports equipment yard sailing on the highway. Erroneous recommendation via search. P.S I reviewed this once and now all the reviews are gone?

A true classic

I have used Thule products for @37 years on VW, Honda, Land Rover and Ford vehicles. They are tough and versatile racks.

NO KEYS

This is a review of Thule NOT REI. First, these are terribly overpriced. But, I wanted the Thule roof rack since I already have a nice Thule bike rack. These are great, they are easy to to install and fit my glass roof Ford Escape perfectly. BUT THEY CAME WITHOUT A KEY!!! So now I have to go back and spend another $110 if I want them secure and locked. Luckily I found a set of 8 locks here on the REI website for half of what they would cost on the Thule site. The description did state that keys are sold separately, so it is my own fault - - but buyer beware and read the descriptions carefully

Great purchase - Website made purchasing so easy

I bought this about one month ago for my 2022 Jeep Cherokee. I reviewed every type of rack system out for and talked to numerous people who had bought other systems and Thule beat them all... hands down. The rails are so easy to add whatever type of rack system you're looking to buy (very versatile). The rails are great quality and were easy to install. I wish I had bought them sooner. I would have given them five stars, but I find them a bit noisy when driving (whistling). Their website is also so easy to use, I didn't need to go into a store to purchase. You just enter your vehicle type and they match roof rack systems, etc. with your vehicle.

Secure, easy attachment that allows sun roof

I purchased the Thule rack system (with Evo blades) because of the reputation of the company and the reviews—particularly of the luggage box (Motion XTXL) My concern that my sun roof would not open, which I had read in so many reviews, was not realized with my combination (Volvo XC90). Super easy to install, easy to place the locks in, and I was up and functional within 30 minutes (maybe that’s slow, but I like things well centered and true). Would recommend the entire package, and wish you happiness in getting outdoors with your gear, particularly with all of the Covid craziness!

Super easy install - feels strong

I installed in the parking lot with the supplied tools. Instructions make sense. I read reviews about difficulties during install and almost didn’t buy them but I’m really glad I did. No wind noise from the Evo Bars on my BMW X5.

Great on Subaru Crosstrek

I bought the Thule WingBar Evo Bars and used the Thule Evo Raised Rail Foot Pack on my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. Easy install, all information was easy to understand. ZERO issues with whistling, even at 75 MPH. Very happy with my purchase. I also installed the locks as well.

Thule Foot Pack

Unbeknownst to me, these do not come with the locks (!) They need to be ordered separately which I was not told when placing my order with the assistance of an REI employee. I couldn't use my Thule when I had planned.

Footpads incorrectly assembled at factory

1 out of 4 of the foot pads was not assembled correctly and therefore I could not install the the racks. I tried to resolve the issue, but the only way seems to disassemble the unit and put it back together. I also bought the square cross bars. They were missing an end cap. A small issue but for the price I payed for this system I expected better quality control. I will be returning it all. Additionally the sizing guide for the cross bars was pretty confusing. I am not sure I have the correct size and I spent hours trying to figure it out. I spoke with an REI rep and I think she gave me the wrong information. I am not blaming her, I think it's on Thule to produce better documentation. I wasted about a week trying to sort this out and it has forced me to postpone a trip. Pretty annoying. A friend showed me his raised rail roof racks that cost a fraction of the Thule. So I just ordered them. They also come with locks at no extra cost.
