Fine pads

I like metal pads as they tend to be less grabby than the G03S resin pads. They can be more noisy and howl/squawk, particularly in damp/wet conditions, and much more rarely in very dry dusty conditions when they got hot descending. Note that the least expensive Shimano rotors are rated for resin pads only, so check your rotors if going to metal pads. When switching between resin/metal and vise versa, it's best to thoroughly clean the rotor with soap/water and a Scotchbrite pad first.
