Almost great
It's a nice, sturdy, tough and compact pack for keeping phone electronics all in one place, and it has a useful handle which allows you to wrap your hand around comfortably around the sides of it, clamshell style. There are a few design features that could be better, however. The two pairs of elastic cord holders are narrow, causing the cords to be pinched tightly at the ends more than rounded, if you wrap roll them up and squeeze them through, which I don't like. I ended up looping one cord around through all four rather than squeezing it between two. It takes longer to extract it, but I felt that was preferable to bending the cord so tightly. The pouch for the battery pack is bit tight, rendering the pocket in front of it less useful for anything that doesn't lay relatively flat. The zippered compartment is nice. I could also slip my phone in the outside pocket. There isn't really a place for a wall charger plug, but I was able to fit it next to my battery pack in the pouch, because the pack is quite small. This wouldn't work with a large battery pack. Overall, really good, but not quite there.

wasted space

I love Thule products but this was such an almost. Love the quality materials. They really make a difference. But, for me, efficiency rules and this makes some missteps. The biggest is on the side with the pouch or on the zippered pouch. The site images show a battery tucked into the pouch, but there's no elastic on that pouch, allowing no room for anything wider than about 1/2'. I can't put my mac charger in there and can barely put a battery in there. You can put those in the zippered compartment on the lid side, but then you have all of this wasted space on the other side. Sorry to be a downer, but this can be easily fixed and turned into a very useful product.

Nice Concept Poor Execution

The concept is nice but the layout is not well thought out. I bought 4 and on each the zipper is hard to operate.

Quality materials, poor design

The pockets are not easy to get into, and they are not large as well but the overall pack size is too large. The portable hard drive pocket is tight too. Materials and craftsmanship is great but the design is not functional.

The necessity you don’t realize you need…

I literally use this thing everyday. It’s compact enough to make it easy to take with me, but large enough to hold one of every style cord I own. Game changer working from home, traveling, and for organization.

Organizer exceptional

Great bag for organizing not just for phone, tablet item, but room for other deemed essential items for trips.

great for my new WFH setup

I got this so I could more easily shuffle my mouse, earbuds, and pens along with my laptop around my house in these WFH days. It's been really useful. There's a handle that makes it easy to grab and carry while I'm carefully balancing my laptop. And it has a mesh pocket on the outside where I can stash my cell phone - good spot so I can easily access it.
