Straps very short
I have always loved Texas. These, however, have one strap that winds all through the top of the shoe. Very difficult to get on as I have to keep adjusting each section as you slide my foot in, and it could use another inch or two of the strap
First impressions
I was hesitant to purchase this shoe because a lot of people wrote that it's too narrow and can even cause blisters. I bought this shoe to hike in this summer and to take on ascents, so comfort, durability, and gripping is a must. I actually find the shoe to be pretty comfortable on my toes. I have rather narrow feet, so the tightness is preferred. I'd definitely recommend this shoe to people with narrow to medium sized feet! The one complaint I have is that I wish I could adjust the heel to be tighter, but it's not so loose that it poses as a problem, more of a comfort/personal preference issue. The material feels durable, and the grips on the bottom are pretty similar to my hiking boots. The soles are comfortable and offer good support. Plus these shoes are super cute I'm excited to get to some hiking!
DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased a pair of Teva Terra Fi 5 Sport Sandals in March of this year. I wore them running simple errands maybe half a dozen times to break them in. The next time I went to put them on I noticed the strap that connects the ankle strap to the sole of the sandal had broken. Unfortunately the product is no longer available so I cant even get a replacement pair.
