Review
Love my jacket. Very comfortable and lightweight. It does a great job and blocking the wind!
Windbreaker
My Husband absolutely love his Cotopaxi windbreaker! I had bought it for him for boating season and it was exactly what he needed to block off the wind without getting hot or being cold!! He also absolutely loves the bright colors and the ability to self stuff it into its own pouch and tossing it in his backpack when not using. Also we both really love the companies “Do Good” slogan!
Unisex for sure
I like this as a windbreaker for sure but my hips, which are on the wider side, push the jacket up, making it baggy on my top half. My husband always steals it however and even though the colors are somewhat feminine it fits him great. It’s a good jacket but not great. I should have gotten a women’s cut instead. If you have wider hips you might have the same problem.
The colorful wonder coat
I absolutely love my Cotopaxi Windbreaker. I live in northwest Alaska where winters are long and dark. I need every bit of bright happy colors I can get. The windbreaker is a versatile piece of gear I can take skiing, biking, and hiking. It's lightweight and easy to pack. Plus, I get major style points when I wear it! !
LOVE this windbreaker!
Lightweight, great material, quality-made, and OUTSTANDING color combination! Perfect wind barrier for hikes or just playing outside with my three little ones. I'm 5'7'', 130 pounds, and got the XS, mainly because the small was sold out in the color I wanted. It's a great fit, though the small would have been just fine and would probably give a little more room for layers and more give around the waist. With the XS, I can wear a base layer, sweatshirt, then Teca on top, and it is just right. Very pleased with customer service and this company in general. You will not be disappointed!!
Took it climbing in 45mph winds!
Happened to get this delivered right before a trip to climb in Devil’s Head in Colorado, which had wind speeds up to 50mph that day. I still lead some routes with this thing on :)
So dope! You're awesome and thank you for this review and feedback :):)
Amaze-balls
This jacket is not only adorable, it breaks the wind, is easily packable, and true fit for size. I couldn’t be happier.
Love this jacket!!!
Love this jacket!!!
The colors are awesome. Makes
The colors are awesome. Makes me visible when cycling/walking/hiking. Appreciate the loop in the neck for hanging it up. Fairly water resistant and excellent wind protection. I really wish it had some kind of adjustments in the hood to keep in on my head; the hood is HUGE and becomes a windsock. Seriously, why doesn’t EVERY dang jacket have that??? It can’t protect you from the elements if it doesn’t stay on ya head....I also dislike the tapered “rim” at the bottom of the windbreaker...It will do for now or maybe I’ll find a way to have it tailored.
Snazzy and packable
This is a very fun and easy to stuff in a purse windbreaker. Have not yet worn it in the rain, but assuming it will handle small showers. It provides nice insulation however. Both my tween daughter and I share the jacket and we both think it is rather tight in the hips (and her hips are not even 32 inches where the jacket falls in them!). Perhaps the snugness in that area is to keep out the dampness, or because it is a unisex and not female specific style? Looking forward to seeing more gear and clothing in this great patchwork style.
