thin is best??
I have two of these and have used them for years. I noted the lower ratings were related to the thin fabric used, but I have no problem with that. I use one for a bicycle commute of about 20 km while laundering the other. I also use them for X/C skiing and they seem to serve the dual purposes of protection and breath-ability where the thin fabric does not interfere with helmet use and provide another layer of warmth underneath a X/C cap. Also, the fabric holds its softness over several washings.

Lovely but Thin

Not quite as nifty as the original Buffs, thinner fabric and less "hold" to it, but the design is beautiful and the white is a bright white, with no yellowing even after several washes. It fits over the head and shields the neck or it can go over the face as an impromptu mask,. It also does the headband look, and more. What it does not do is shield you much from sun or wind, and it's a little too stretchy and like I said, thin. The thinner and more stretchy fabric translates into a product that you can't really use as a hair scrunchie because it'll slide off, but that's okay. All the other uses are just fine. I would buy it again, if only because the print is so nice with birds and bears and the natural world stuff on it. The white against a tired face can make you look perked up, too.

Never go hiking without it!

This is one of my favorite hiking accessories I own.. My buff serves me as a scarf, sweat band, face shield.. I replaced my scarves for my buff, it keeps me warm and doesn’t get in the way.

As expected

Does all things a buff should always have a buff. It's to light and too functional not to keep one in your "10" essentials

Good Design but too thin material for winter usage

Design is positive. One of the reasons for me to chose this buff. Happy about it. But material is too thin. Expected better quality. One of the reasons to buy this buff is to protect during the winter. Because it is too flimsy I don't think it will do a good job. For summers it may be adequate.

Cute pattern!! Great fit!

Purchased on a whim was in love with the pattern. However loved how light weight and breathable it is and how even on hot days it doesn't cause you to sweat. Fit's great so far. Can not speak on the durability of the product yet though since I have only washed once.

Buffs are #1

Love my Buffs - better than any of the competitors. Keeps the cold breeze off your neck. Keeps the hot summer sun off your neck. For a quick cool down, dunk your Buff in a cooler. Instant cold!!! AH!!!

Nice graphic and multifunctional.

This is even light enough to use to avoid a sunburn on a fishing trip.
