Great fit, very comfy.
The other reviews had me worried about sizing, but Patagonia must have changed something. I'm 6'4" 200 lbs, got an XL, and it fits great. Length in the arms and torso are perfect. Materials and construction look and feel good, so I expect this to be an item that lasts.

Fits really small, not the quality I expect
The sweatshirt runs really small. Size up at least one size. Beyond that, it's just not that great. The quality feels lower than what I expect from Patagonia. I feel like as a company they are trying really hard to figure out how to be as eco-friendly with their production as possible. I'm all for that but it feels like the consumer suffers in the short-term while they figure out their process.

Great qualiity

Sweater is of great quality and the fit is perfect. I’m 5’11” and weigh 195. Large was the way to go for me but medium would be ideal if you’re into a more snug fit.

Very small and tight through the arms

I had my eye on these sweatshirts for a while. I purchased two of them (Black and Grey) and they’re small in certain areas. The length is perfect but it’s right through the chest and very tight in the forearms and biceps. The quality seems fine but the fit is odd. Revamp this design and you’ll have some happy customers!

Extremely comfortable go-to sweatshirt.

Very well made, on the heavier side, great over a base layer for warmth. Arms are slightly more fitted than usual, body fits great and it’s very soft. Found this piece after trying a few shirts including Arc’teryx and North Face, and Patagonia wins again!

Great sweatshirt

You get what you pay for, and this sweatshirt feels more substantial and durable than any other sweatshirt I've owned. I typically wear a size medium in Patagonia better sweaters but the large worked best for this.

European

Having this listed as "regular fit" is very misleading. This thing is tiny and it's sad that these manufacturers are moving into European sizing. If you want a god sweatshirt the only place to get a true regular fit is now LLBean. By the way nice return process REI. No return label? I guess why be like every other retailer?! Now I get to make a trip to UPS to return this thing.

Nice quality but narrow in the shoulders

The quality is fine but the proportions seem off compared to the several other sweatshirts that I own. Very narrow through the shoulders even though it fit fine everywhere else. Also, the neckline is kinda high for a crewneck sweatshirt - my wife said it almost looked like a turtleneck.

Must have basic

New favorite sweater right here. It's comfortable and on the warm sides, which I appreciate since I'm always cold. It's true to size and didn't shrink at all when I washed it. I like that the label on the inside that illustrates the renewable components of the sweater.
