Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Love these shorts!
I love these shorts. I got them in the Skyline Castlerock dark gray pattern and they're my favorite go-to trail shorts or lightweight shorts for a running, hiking, or casual wear. The zippered pockets are awesome and big enough to store important things but not so big that you'll overfill them to the point where the shorts don't stay in place. The liner is really comfortable, not itchy at all. One of the best features is that these maintain their lightweight, no fuss, easy wear personality without being too cheeky or inappropriate to wear for errands. My only note is that they do run a bit large. If you are on the smaller side of the size range I might recommend sizing down (the medium fits more like a 10 than an 8, for example). I'm usually a medium, but will probably order a small in the future.
awesome shorts! marathon training approved
Got these in the spring and immediately bought another pair. They’ve been perfect for my marathon training this fall. Ran 19 miles in them today with zero chaffing! I really love the lightweight fabric, longer inseam (no bunching!), and looser fit. The zippered pockets are fabulous and are bigger than expected! Would definitely recommend :) I’m 5’3” 135 and the mediums fit great.
My most comfortable running shorts
Now that there is gorgeous spring weather, I wear only these shorts on the road, for long runs on the trail, and on my treadmill. All my other shorts are relegated to second-class status. You could put your gels and even a squishy water bottle in your pockets. I run with my dogs so when I’m running around the neighborhood I put their roll of doggy bags in one pocket and my house key in the other. They are the perfect length so you don’t feel like you’re bunching up anywhere. The waistband is wide and comfortable. I also bought the orange pair. I will hand wash them to get ready for the next day’s run, hang them up overnight, and they will be dry by morning. When I start bumping up my miles I will even buy third pair.
Great Design
These shorts have it all: pockets (with zippers), a pouch for snacks, breathable fabric, and longer fabric on the inner thigh area to avoid chaffing. I tested them out for the first time on a 13 mile run and they worked great. There was no riding up like lots of running shorts have the tendency to do and I was comfortable in them for every mile. I love that the back is longer than the front so you can have the freedom of shorter shorts in the front while not exposing yourself in the back. If you’re in between sizes I would recommend sizing down. I wasn’t sure if I should get a small or medium because I run in mediums for Nike but the mediums in these shorts seemed too baggy. I went with the small and I’m so glad I did. For reference I’m 5’7” and 130 lb with a 27” waist and with the smalls I don’t have to adjust the waist with the drawstring. The only thing that’s a little weird about these shorts is the crotch is too low which doesn’t impede on their quality while running, it just looks off. Other than that they’re great shorts and I would highly recommend them!
Too long
The inseams says 3.5 but these are longer than a pair of 5inch Brooks running shorts I have. I think the zippered side pockets might get annoying while running but would be nice for hiking or walking. Also I'm only 5'1 so maybe the shorts would look better on someone taller.
New Favorite Shorts
I would recommend these shorts. Great length-short yet hits the thighs at a comfortable length to avoid chaffing. The zippered pockets are a huge bonus. I can put my iPhone XS in it and it stays put.
Zippered pockets
Y’all, I did not know what I was missing until I wore these shorts. Pockets with zippers has changed my hiking and running. I’m so thrilled with these shorts. They are a bit longer than other running shorts I have, but they don’t ride up or bunch up. Could not be happier. I wore my usual size small.
Exactly what I was looking for
Great length for those looking for a little extra coverage. Comfortable and breathable for hot and humid runs. Love the zip pockets. May run slightly large. I’m 5’2” 110 and bought an XS. They are a little big, but the draw string helps. Pleas make in multiple colors!
New favorite running shorts
I bought a pair of these to try them out, and the day they arrived in the mail I bought 3 more pairs. They’re very comfortable, and clearly durable. I’m 5’7” and 130 lbs, and I got size S. Probably could’ve also worn and XS but the S is still comfy and fits fine!
The perfect short
I bought these without trying them on. I saw they had zip pockets and that’s what originally caught my eye. But when I tried them on I was so excited about the perfect fit! Nice quick dry fabric, perfect length and a liner that stays in place while hiking.
