Cute pants. Too short.

I bought these because they were supposed to have a longer than normal inseam. They did not. Otherwise, they were cute. Unfortunately I had to return them because they were too short.

The specs on this item that I ordered say the inseam is 33.5. The item I received has an inseam of 30.5. Needless to say the pants are to short. Other than that I like the quality and fit of these. I will be returning this.

Great pants

I debated for a while on which size to buy. I'm 5'4", about 120lbs, and generally like the fit of size 2 pants for everyday wear and hiking. All of my climbing pants are XS or size 2, but given the slim fit of these pants, I wondered how stretchy they would be and if I should size up if I wanted to climb in them. I ultimately ordered a size 2, intending to use them for hiking, and if they were stretchy enough to climb in, that would be a bonus. The fit is great and flattering, and these are my new favorite hiking pants. I haven't attempted to climb in them yet, so I'm not sure if they'll have enough stretch to not restrict my range of motion when climbing. They do stretch out a little with wear, so it's possible I may get enough from that stretch to accommodate high stepping, but I just don't know yet. Will update the review after I attempt climbing in them. Overall, I totally love them and will most likely buy another pair. My only wish is that they be offered in more colorful options. I'd been eyeing them for a while, but wasn't in love with the colors, until they released the "washed peacock" color. Please: red, purple, orange, green, yellow! Fun colors!

The easiest pants for doing all the things

These pants reach the holy trifecta of not-explicitly-technical gear: a) feels great on, between fabric and fit, b) have all the right functional details and c) look amazing. My hesitation with some "trail to town" clothes is that you're reluctant to really test their gear abilities, because the design seems to be at the forefront of the purpose. Not with these pants! They seem geared towards activity first, and just happen to be appropriate everywhere else. Wore bouldering, to tacos right after, to work, and then backpacking out in the North Cascades for a few days. Deep and well placed pockets, not too low of a waist, breathable fabric - yes! OR - please keep the curry color around!

I've Searched High and Low...

I have searched high and low for a pair of climbing pants since my last pair fell apart(not OR). I wanted something that wasn't a "techy" material and that could roll up and not stretch out too much as I wear them. I bought this on a whim and they are just what I was looking for! They are perfect for approaches and climbs. I have climbed several times in Joshua Tree NP and I am not afraid they are going to get ruined. I can't wait to wear them on an offwidth climb. They are not too hot to approach/hike in and they are warm enough to wear on a cool evening. I have ordered 2 pair, so far.

Fits well, but size down!

Fit: I am 5'6, 122 lbs. Based off the size chart, my measurements most closely match those of size 4. However, size 2 fits best. This pant is comfortably secure around waist, relaxed around bum and legs. Hem is just below my ankle. Features: Deep jean style front and rear pockets are useful. Thigh pockets are fairly useful too, but could be improved with zippers instead of snaps. Also, the waist could be improved by a drawstring for added control of fit. For reference, the guy version has zippers and a drawstring. Use: Works fine for climbing.

Good for curves.

I like these pants. I got the Coco color and it's similar to that scene on my computer screen. I'm a little thick through the middle - a belly with curvy hips and thighs and these fit me fine. If you're very lean and straight cut they may not fit you we I like these pants. I got the Coco color and it's similar to that scene on my computer screen. Amazing product, needs smaller sizes

I just bought these pants and I love the fabric, features, mobility and overall fit, however, I'm disappointed that OR doesn't carry smaller sizes. I'm 5"2 and 115 and the size 2 is significantly too big. As a climber, wearing a belt and dealing with baggy pants is not a functional option. These pants would do well to have options for the smaller-framed ladies. I'll attempt to shrink them in the wash but since they contain nylon, I'm not too hopeful. The pants are fantastic though, so the moment OR carries a size 0 I will buy another pair.

Great all around pant

I was looking around around a pair of pants for Indoor bouldering and noticed the great reviews these had. I purchased on the positive feedback and was not disappointed. These are great in the gym. Really lightweight and breathable. They also have a lot of stretch but the fabric seems durable. The bottoms roll up easily and stay rich is a plus for me. Ordered online without trying on and size fit nicely. I'm 5'4" 125 and a size 4 fit well. I probably could have gone for a size lower for a tighter fit but i like them a but roomier.

nope

I was stoked to get these pants for an upcoming climbing trip. I have so much faith and love of OR gear that I ordered two different colors. I wear a size 6 and that was what I ordered. One pair the waist was tight and fit great everywhere else...but the waist line was so pinching I just was too uncomfortable. The other pair were slightly more comfortable around the waist but the crotch hung super low and they felt frumpy and weird. Both pair will be going back to OR. Super frustrated that they aren't more consistent with sizing.
