Great cup that is more delicate than it lets on
This cup was great! Admittedly I will say it is delicate, my backpacking trip was in Washington and I put this in my checked bag (an Osprey Backpack) and it came out the other end crushed to the point that the double walls had separated slightly and a small hole had formed. I still used this cup and it was perfectly functional. This cup is extremely light and the insulation ensures that nothing in it was ever hot to the touch. The metal finish is great and I didn't notice any off flavors to my coffee or food stuffs, which is a pleasant change from some of the aluminum things I've used over the years. All in all great cup but keep it in your carry on :) Note that Toaks support was very helpful and sent me a replacement cup, which I've used in photography to show the deformation.
Toaks Cup is Functional, but Use Caution
The Toaks double wall cup is functional. It should keep a liquid warm longer due to the double wall, especially if the cup is preheated, and hands comfortable. But because the large liquid-air interface at the top, heat is lost soon enough. The small "stuff sac" included is conceptually nice to protect the cup and other gear from scratches but is poorly made and sheds small plastic fibers, even after two washings, into the cup and surrounding surfaces. Therefore, users will want to be cautious that these fibers are not consumed with your food and drink.

The mug is excellent! With the double wall construction, the coffee inside will not burn your hand or mouth when drinking, compared to a single wall mug.

How is it so heavy?
I have a little cheapo double-wall aluminum mug that I wanted to replace with something lighter for backpacking, but this mug is heavier. The handles also feel a little awkward. Will be returning.

Great titanium mug. Lightweight, strong, quality construction. Lovely dark gray color, comfy handles. I use mine for about 5 years, and purchased 3-4 as gifts for friends.
