This would have been the 6th of these jackets I would have bought for our kids. They're super warm and I love the Patagonia brand. Unfortunately the fabric at least for the sparkle pink color is somewhat see-through and the down shows through. It ends of giving it a weird sort of dirty or marbled look, which I tried to capture in a picture. I imagine the dark colors wouldn't have this issue but wanting a light color we returned it and went with another option. Sizing seems accurate. One other note is that the face fabric doesn't feel very durable. In all the years we've had these jackets (and they're handed down to sibblings) we've never had an issue (so maybe they have some secret strength) but if your kids are rough on their jackets it may be a consideration.
Very thin run small too thin very light but not warm
