Wore my last one out!

I bought the last version for my PCT hike and literally wore it out. It did fade after two months of continuous use but still functioned great wicking sweat away and cooling my skin. Alas it did not survive Oregon but happily I found another at REI Portland.... and it survived till the end and I still use it. Proof is in the pudding!

Great for my early morning runs

I am en;joying Nike's half zip top for running in the early morning. Nice to be able to pull down and cover my hands if I don't have gloves, or unzip if getting too warm. I am 5'3, 118 lbs and not curvy. The x-small fit me perfectly without being too long as most tops are for me. I love the blue color.

Flattering and comfortable

This half-zip is the PERFECT quick-dry long sleeve. I'm 5' 9" and 150lbs and the small is a comfortable fit. There are holes in the sleeves for your thumbs but I normally wear the sleeves rolled back over themselves . Would recommend.

They changed the fit and it's not as good anymore

I have several of these from previous years that fit great but when I ordered a new one in January 2021, they changed the previous fit. It's now wider in the body but weirdly tighter in the arms. So now my regular XS size is tight in the arms and comfortable in the body but no longer "relaxed". The Small sleeves are a bit long but comfortable, but it is HUGE in the body, fitting more like Nike size Medium. It seems like they've updated their fit on other styles too and it's such a bummer, I wish they would at least note it in the description. In case the slim arms/wide body style works well for you, this material is super comfortable and the shirt is durable. My only complaint is that the updated style isn't as balanced as the previous version.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is my 2nd Nike element 1/4 zip. I also have the crew neck. Effortlessly easy to throw on, suuuuper soft. Love to wear this lounging around, running errands, or jogging. It' kept me warm on 50 degree runs. I am 125lbs, 5'3'' and bought the small. It's loose in the body and more fitting on the arms.

Versatile top

So pleased to find a top with room in the chest/shoulders without being baggy overall. Room to layer a Smartwool shirt underneath, keeping me toasty warm snowshoeing. Washes well, dries quickly. Love the blue color. Will be my go-to top for outdoor fun.

Returning for a medium

This seems to be a nice shirt. I am usually a Med. in Nike tops but I listened to some reviewers who said it ran large and ordered a small because I don't like super baggy/oversized tops. However, I do have muscular arms/chest/ back and a long torso (5'7" 150# 38 B) and while I liked the length, the shoulders and arms were tight and it looked scrunched up when I zipped it all the way, so am returning for my usual size. The thistle color is pretty but is a darker purple than what is pictured.

Best fitting half-zip ever!

Finally, a half-zip that isn't shaped like an hourglass! I've purchased many half-zips over the years and I love this one the best. I'm 5'5" & 110 lbs, and I purchased an XS - the fit is close but not clingy. I can wear another layer underneath without feeling constricted. The sleeves have a stretchy ribbing at the bottom that double as gloves. This is also an improvement. They actually work as gloves, but push up out of the way easily if not needed.

Nice but the lower arms needs some work

I haven't used it yet but I have it in another color and like the fit and feel of the other color. The black is not as loose fitting as the other color and the fabric feels slightly different. It is not tight fitting or clingy. The fabric of the lower arms are tight fitting and makes it a bit uncomfortable when you pull the sleeves up if you get too hot and need some air.

Baggy

I'm usually between S and M for tops (34B chest). I got a small in this and it's very baggy, not like a typical 1/4 zip running top. It's so big that I feel like I need to wear another layer underneath so that cold air doesn't creep in. The material is very soft and stretchy so it's comfortable.
