Warm feet
Yes , I recommend this product
Got these in sale as I needed new boots for winter hiking and general wear. I've been wearing solely Merrells for nearly a decade but the quality of the last few boots I got have not held up like the old days so it was time to branch out. As you'll see in many other reviews these do fit a little snugger then a typical Keen but that is a plus for me as a standard Keen (Targhee) is too wide. However these still have enough room where even when wearing all day around town my feet can breath and not overheat. I did replace the insoles as the location of the arch support is a little far forward for me. They also have pretty much no heel to toe drop which is a change compared to all my Merrells but the thicker insoles helped that too.

These are my first Keens and they are great, comfortable right out of the box, waterproofing seems good so far as does the insulation at keeping my usually cold feet warm. I am usually a size 9 1/2. Had to send the first pair back for the size 10.

Great boot. Fantastic traction on wet rocks, muddy slopes. Not sure about ice. Very happy with this boot
