Not as warm or as roomy as expected.

Used two nights this past weekend cold-camping in BWCA. Temps reached -22 overnight. Also had Inferno liner and two base layers. Ended up shivering through the nights but I know this is the extreme end for this bag. The more disappointing part of the bag is the size. I'm 5'8", 170lbs and my feet were pressed to the bottom of the bag and my shoulders were more constricted than my REI mummy bag. I'm not sure how a 6 footer would do in there. I bought online so the lesson here is to try out the bags in person before you buy.

Zipper failure

First use and zipper split open in the middle of a 45* night. Fortunately I had a liner with me. Very unhappy. Will be returning both bags tomorrow.

Brought this bag winter camping up in acadia. I used 2 sleeping pads just in case and and bag liner. The first night wernt down to 6 degrees. I felt a bit cold but added a bit more clothes and felt ok. Second night was 11 degress and i wore a bsse layer and fleece to bed and felt ver cozy. Can be warm depending on your layers and personal sleep temperature preference.
