Perfect to organize backpack
I bought these last minute before my 3 week backpacking trip to Costa Rica. I am so happy I did! These packing cubes made it sooo much easier to fit everything in my backpack/keep everything organized. They are the perfect size. I used the larger bag for my clothes, smaller bag for items such as underwear, swimsuit, socks etc. I like that they are compact, but can zip open for extra room. Would definitely recommend to help keep organized while traveling! I used an osprey ozone 46 pack and was able to fit these 2 packing cubes and a toiletrie bag in the main compartment with a little room to spare.
Best packing purchase ever!
As a big business traveler, roughly 250 days a year, I have always looked for ways to make my packing easier. On a recent trip I went into an two store in Anchorage, Alaska and found these packing cubes. While traveling I have always struggled in being able to pack efficiently, and find certain items in my luggage. These cubes have completely solved that problem. In fact I liked them so much I bought a complete second set that I keep packed for my trips to Africa. It has allowed me to simplify and streamline my packing for business trips. I would HIGHLY recommend these to any traveler or camper looking for a light weight and efficient solution for packing.
Gear organizer
I have bought several of the large packs to organize all my shirts, pants, shorts, undergarments, socks. Besides not having a good selection of colors I love these expandable packs. They make things so much more organized when you’re on the move. I just wish they would come out with additional colors and that all the colors were available in the same sizes. If they would it would’ve been a lot easier to pick different colors for different things. Why mixing the large and medium and a small in three different colors green makes no sense. If the large What is available in all three colors are green I would’ve been much happier
Packing for four
It took me about a month before I purchased these packing cubes. I looked at like 20 different brands and sizes. First, I loved the dark blue/greenish ones. The colors are nice to look at. Second the sizes for these are perfect. Third, they look and feel well made. I bought 4 sets. We are a family of four. And we are limiting ourselves to what fits in our cubes. I have a one year old and two weeks worth of clothes fit in the medium sized one. For my 2 year old two weeks worth of clothes fit into the larger one. For the two adults we are able to have two weeks worth of clothes between the large cube and the medium one. I am not a small person and neither is my husband. These really are great! I hope they last!
Expandable Feature Has Dual Utility
These are great, and superior to other similar zip bags because they are expandable. The tough vinyl that holds myriad contents (not limited to clothing!), and sturdy zippers are par for the course - we expect that level of quality. What sets these apart is that second zipper that can be used in two ways: 1) allows more stuff inside because it adds a “second story” to the volume of the cube and 2) after expanded and filled, that second zipper can be used to compress the contents back into the original size of the cube. This is particularly useful when packing a fixed-size suitcase.
Durable and extremely helpful
I stuffed so much into these packing cubes with them fully expanded, and then I would collapse the expansion and I am still amazed that on my 3 week Europe trip I got it to zip every time, no issues, no tears. The material and zippers are very durable. I don't know how I went so long without packing cubes. I LOVE these!
best suitcase organizers. buy them.
I bought this for a trip to Arizona to organize my suitcase so I didn’t have a cluster of clothes everywhere upon opening my suitcase after flying. I’m plus size so usually when something say “10 shirts/8 pairs of underwear” I figure all my larger clothing won’t fit but no. Not with these. They’re amazing. I went for a week and between both packs, they fit all of my clothes including masks, socks, kerchiefs. I don’t know how I packed a suitcase before thing.
SPACE SAVER
Bought this for my trip to South East Asia, I have just the Large and Medium cubes. Prepacked everything with a Medium size compression sack and all my clothes for ONE MONTH in Asia fits perfectly in my Northface Base Camp Small Duffel bag with plenty of room to spare for shoes, a tripod and another ICU for my camera gear.
Fit More in your Suitcase Easily
I bought these packing cubes for a convertible rolling backpack to be able to fit more in my pack and they worked brilliantly. The extra compression provided by the double zipper system surpasses my previous Eagle Creek compression sleeves. I fit even more than the advertised capacity. Cubes make for excellent organization in hotel rooms for longer stays and keep clothes without a lot of wrinkling. Love these so much I'm giving them as gifts to my traveling friends.
Great cubes for harder use packing
Tough material, while still very light weight. The sizes are excellent in dimensions for folded and/or rolled contents. The extendable bottom allows you tailor the volume to the duration or nature the contents are meant to address. I regularly use the extension volume to hold a few low loft puff jackets and medium weight insulated pullovers, or several tee shirts with the cube collapsed (medium). I use the large cube for bulkier items, like a rain suit and military uniforms. I love that the corners have loops to clip together multiple cubes. These have really helped make quick and orderly work of customizing my loadout for field work or just simpler and stress free work of light travel and camping.
