Women’s Medium/Narrow sizes are designed with an A–B width; that's the narrower last from Birkenstock, but is equivalent to a women’s regular width by industry standards.
Women’s Regular/Wide sizes are designed with a C–D width; that's the wider last from Birkenstock, and is equivalent to a women's wide width by industry standards.

Cute and comfortable
Very happy with these sandals, the white color looks very fresh for spring/summer and goes with everything. The Birko-flor is not as nice as the traditional leather Birkenstock’s, but that makes them more affordable. Please note that these only come in the standard/narrow width and not the wide. I have a wide foot however, and even though my toes just barely stay within the footbed, these still fit me comfortably and haven’t rubbed or irritated my skin. I would have liked to try the wide for comparison, but with the discount I got on these using the member coupon and my member dividends, it wasn’t worth it to go to another retailer. I’m an 8.5 in most shoes and ordered the 39.

Great Arizona sandals. The camouflage coloring is fantastic. The Sandals are TTS and super comfortable . I did not need any break in time.
