Great ski top rack
I’ve had this on the car for a few weeks now. It’s seen a few long road trips up north to New Hampshire, snow, rain, ice and sub zero temps. The rubber appears to hold up well and the rack stays in place on top of the bars. Even with snow and ice I didn’t have any trouble unlocking and opening the bars. I was also able to easily fit 4 pairs of skis and a snow board (one pair upside down under the board). I haven’t seen many reviews for this product so hopefully this is helpful. Overall I’m satisfied with the product, especially for the discounted price over similar Yakima and Thule products. Only complaint- the product does not technically lock to the cross bars. The clamps lock in your skiis with keys, but the only thing keeping the unit “locked” to the car is one of those security hex screws which you tighten in to keep someone from loosening the knob that tightens/loosens the rack to the bars. I’m not too concerned as it would take quite a bit of effort for someone to get this off anyways and they would need that tool, but it is worth mentioning.

Good ski rack but noisy
This is a good ski rack, seems solid but 2 major issues: - fairly complicated to install and not easy to put and remove if you don’t want to keep them all winter on your car - on my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee), they are super noisy

ski rack small

FreshTrack 6 does not hold 6 pairs of the wider skis, only 5, sometime 4; be sure to check total width of you skis, maybe load opposite ends, but not convenient. It is a well designed product.

Fantastic Rack!

I bought this rack for my son who recently moved to Bellingham Washington from Chicago. He and his roommates ski and snowboard as often as they can. The rack was easy to fix onto his suv. It easily fit 4 pairs of skis and 1 snowboard. The product is solid and secure. I highly recommend this product.

Great Ski Rack

The racks worked perfectly. Easy to install and use. I recommend the 6 pack over the 4. Only a little more cost but worth the extra room. We had 2 skis and 1 board.

Poor Design.

Big disappointment. The adjustment to the clamp to adapt for a larger bar, using the middle of the three clamp positions, did not work. The clamp does not snap in far enough and pops out in the middle or lower positions. If you can use the clamps as they are in the box, at the smallest setting, maybe worth the try. We tried until our hands bled. Poor design.
