Crazy comfortable, goes with everything, go anywhe
Fits true to size. I had these shoes from 2005 and thought they were super comfortable and well built. They finally started falling apart so I thought I'd upgrade since these were on sale. WOW. New ones are even more comfortable!! They feel like heaven on my feet. I wear them to work, to the store, hiking, beach combing. Absolutely my favorite spring/summer/fall shoe. Could use some better colors though.

Makes hiking across rivers even easier!!!
I appreacited my KEEN Hydro sandles a lot during my Havasupai hiking/camping trip in March 2018. They carried me through the river mutiple times to get to the Beaver Falls. I never slipped or felt uncomfortible while using them. However, at the end of hike I realized I got a blister near the right pinky toe. I tried them the second time on a regular hike with socks. The right foot was still too tight, that I gave up the idea to try them again. I was advised by the REI employee to got size8 for watershoe when I wear size8.5 for my hiking boots. I think that size 8.5 or 9 may be better to fit me. I will exchange the shoes with bigger size, and hope it will fit me perfect. If the bigger size works, I would give this product a 5 stars!

Comfortable shoe for all terrain

I bought this shoe so I could use it in the water and on land, and it works great. The sole is strong and you don’t need to worry about stubbing your toes. Very comfortable. I choose this particular one instead of other Keens because it provided more arch support in the right place. The only annoying part is that because it’s a sandal, sand and pebbles do tend to get inside and it’s not easy to shake out due to the closed toe and many straps. I’ve been wearing these across rocky, sandy terrain, and either have to ignore the pebbles/sand that get in, or stop to shake out my shoes.

best all around shoe

I've bought 3 pairs in the last 13 years and am so happy with them. my advice is to buy them just a bit snug so you can break them in. I've tried chacos tevas and merrells and these are the best all around shoe I've worn. not only great for hiking but also as an everyday shoe.

Quick dry, comfortable, support and protection

I tried these on along with the other Keens at my local REI and these were the most comfortable to me. Then I ordered the color I wanted online. Quick to dry, very comfortable, support and protection on trails, fine for use in a canoe. My only complaint is that sand or forest debris stays in the toe area until you clear it out. The true test for me is if I want to wear them when I could wear something slip-on and easy, and I do. That's how I know they are great.

They've changed!

I've worn these for years and have had several pair. Keen has changed the sizing such that they no longer fit my foot properly. I actually had to return them. They still seem well-constructed but definitely try before you buy!

I'd wear them everyday if I could

These are extremely comfortable and gripping is excellent. Rubbed a bit on the side of my heel when breaking in, but not horrible.

Great for creek hiking

I bought this for creeking days at the day camp I worked at. They worked great for hiking to the creek and hiking in the creek. Great foot support and the toe box is wide enough for wide feet. I love the rubber on the front because in other water shoes or sandals, I just stubb my toes all the time. Had great help from an REI employee helping me pick out the best shoes and I'm so happy for their experts. Can't wait to use them more this summer.

Super for wearing all day!

Front toe pad protected me from stumbling and falling. Soles do not slip on wet roads. Adjustable top tab lets you tighten just the right amount, with or without socks.
