Great Ski Pants
Very happy with this purchase two years ago. Fit well with an athletic cut. Not overly baggy like many pants. Not super warm but plenty of room for various layers underneath depending on conditions. Vents work great for warm blue bird days on CO. I’m 5’11” 175lbs and bought a medium. Good inseam length. Durability has been very good.

Adequate Shell. Needs tougher ankle patches.
The pants get the job done - they stay dry, keep the windchill out and have good ventilation and pockets. They run a little bit large in the waist. I'm a 30-32 and the M is cinched as much as possible on the inside waist adjustment velcros. I wear a belt to make up for the looseness. Length is good for a 5'8" person, no dragging on the ground. You will need to wear a baselayer if skiing in winter temperatures, otherwise your butt will definitely get cold. The one big factor in the 3-star rating is durability. I skied powder for 2 days with these and already they are developing cuts on the inside ankle. The pants come with extra material on that area, but it's definitely not beefy enough to keep sharp skis from slicing through. I opted to keep the pants, fix them with aquaseal and add some tape to that area, as I've had to do on cheaper pants before. These pants would be perfect if they only had a tougher patch on the inside ankles.

Versatile and Foundational

This is my first step into nice snow gear. I’m impressed. The exterior is durable enough to handle wrestling and sledding with my four kids. The thigh vents are super helpful. The clips on the gaiter to keep a tight connection to boots works fantastically. The insulation is enough to keep me warm with a simple base layer underneath. 4 stars instead of five because of sizing. I’m 5’10”, 150 lbs. with a 29” waist. The small had to be cinched quite a bit to keep them from sliding down. And when they slid down they get under my boots a bit. I’m a bit concerned I’ll see wear in the bottom hem before too long. But that’s a minor concern. All around I’m thrilled and would recommend these to anyone.

Pata-gonia recommend these to anyone!

After years of budget skiing, I finally sprung for a quality pair of snow pants. I was not disappointed. I'm 5' 7" with a 30" inseam and 34"waist. The Medium size was a perfect fit. I like the adjustable waistband, venting, and unobtrusive but spacious pockets. I did not opt to nor needed to wear a belt with them although the pants have belt loops. Tested them out on some small east coast slopes and am looking forward to using them on my upcoming Vail trip. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pair of show pants.

Nice pants

Comfortable, solid feel. 6' tall / 32 waist size, ended up fitting best in a small as medium was dragging on ground without snowboard boots on and was looking for more of a multi-sport use.

Comfortable

Exchanged the “yellow” for the blue, but I really like the pants. Thought about keeping two pair. Lightweight, but decently warm. Very comfortable but I would recommend a belt. I am 36 x 32 and the Large is almost big. I could pick at it, but for a sale price a little more than $100 they are awesome

Attractive, Warm and Dry.

Extremely comfortable, lightweight and functional. Skied in drizzle for a couple hrs today and then temperature dropped to freezing with wind chill, stayed warm and dry with just a layer of Smart Wool underneath. I’m totally sold on the comfort, flexibility and all around functionality. Large ski pant pictured.

Very warm

Wore them snow shoeing in Yellowstone with a base layer on and they were perfect. Love them.

Warm and Comfy All Day

These were the first snow pants I've ever owned. I was skeptical but these are very comfortable to wear for several hours and warm over a lightweight base layer or sweats and jeans. I have a belly and didn't know how to size but got a large and it fits great. Length is just right. Had to be in negative temps for an extended period and I was warm and dry. I am 6' 220 lbs 36" waist.

Great product but lack storage and ankle access

Nice product, well built and comfortable but ran a little small in the hip/thigh area for me and only has 2 pockets. I'd love it if they had a couple more pockets and zip access ankles.
