Purchased this to replace an old foam military pad for a backpacking trip. It took a bit of lightheaded inflating as it's an air pad (couple minutes). Filled it 90% maybe, laid on it to test and man oh man is it comfy. No issues with feeling like I'll roll off if I turn. It will easily accommodate various weights as you can change the air volume. Rolls up nice and small. Might consider picking up a mini pump, but not really needed.
Just returned from a 2 week camping trip out west and this pad was great. I was able to sleep comfortably each night. If it is fully inflated it was slightly to firm for my taste, but is thick enough that I could let some air out until I felt like Goldie Locks and it was just right. Once I closed the valve i did not have to touch it again for readjustment as the pad did not leak any air. The only issue I had with it was fitting it back into the carry sack, but once i figured out the best way to roll it up that was no longer an issue.
These sleeping pads are awesome. They're very comfortable! We cannot wait to use them in the great outdoors. They're long enough and wide enough for me, and I'm about 6 feet tall. My boyfriend is 6'1, 235 pounds, and he fits on the pad very comfortably. Wonderful product. Lightweight and compact!
