Light and comfortable, love it!
I originally bought this to block out the light when I'm ready to sleep and my partner is still reading, but now I use it for way more than that and am considering buying another. It blocks light completely, the adjustable strap is comfortable, and once I settle in I barely notice it's on. I like to use it for daytime naps as it allows me to quickly drop into sleep. An added, unexpected benefit is that once I put it on I'm not tempted to keep messing with my phone so it also works for me on a psychological level by telling me and my brain that it's truly time to sleep.
Blocks all light
I bought this item about 3 weeks ago; while they do block all light they don't fit my small adult head just right. the strap falls at the tops of my ears snd if I try to move the strap higher the strap slides off my head. Tightening the strap makes the eye pieces push against my eyes causing discomfort. I would not buy this brand again although it might work just fine fir a little larger head than my petite one☹️
Not great but can get the job done
This sleep mask shields eyes from enough light for me to be able to fall asleep, but I was expecting it to be more like a total blackout. The mask itself doesn’t seem big enough—though it covers my eyes, it’s not a secure mask in that light still gets in through the edges. The fabric covering the nose doesn’t fully block out light unfortunately.
Unfavorable experience
Unfortunately the mask must be made of parka material. If you are camping in the summer it will literally make your eyes sweat!
Hard to find sleep aid.
Best nights' sleep ever. Use it every night. Comfortable, and provides total darkness.
not sure why negative
I’ve used a few eye shades and not sure why the negative reviews. This is by far the best. If you use the nose flap cover correctly it’s by far the most comfortable and blocks all light. I use for shift work and after lasik with ceiling fans my eyes can dry out. This helps a lot with this.
Best one I’ve owned
Hard to find a true a sleeping mask that blocks out light from the bottom but this one does it and comfortably conforms to my face. Like the adjustable strap too. My last mask would make my ears hurt by morning but not this one.
Does the job!
Brought this with me on a climbing trip up to Alaska in June when the sun never sets and I'm glad I did. I found it comfortable throughout the night and it was effective at blocking out light.

Great eye mask - adjustable strap, love how the material hugs the bridge of the nose to keep light from peaking in there. Noticeably sleeping better with this!
Makes sleeping wonderful
It is literally the best sleeping mask I have ever used. It is soft and padded and has an adjustable strap to fit any size. It is odorless and not stiff and keeps the light out like it should.
