Water sports-Yes. Swimming - Not so much
High quality wetsuit. Good fit. I believe this wetsuit is design for activities, not for swimming distances in open water or swimming pool. I was looking for Short John strictly swimming wetsuit and unfortunately this doesn’t work - too much drag. However for water activities it is worth of trying.
