Love Acorn - but not this time.

I have had this style before that last five years. These I have had for two years, but only worn during the winter months. After the first 5 months the wear was starting to show. The Moc was starting to 'shed' its outer layer (as you can see in the pictures). Overall very comfortable, but there is an Acorn embroidery in the middle of the heel, making it uncomfortable without socks. There are is a Acorn symbol on the out edge of both slippers, why put one on the inside as well. The Moc losses its shape over time make the fit loose. The stitching is now unraveling in the toe area as well. The Moc used to be of very good quality, before all production went off shore. I would not recommend this to a friend, at this time. I'm quite disappointed with this slipper, its poor quality construction and its quick brake down of materials. This Moc has never seen the inside of a washing machine. In case you have that question. The best part of the slipper is that the sole is very well constructed and is very quiet on hardwood floors.

Do not last

I just tossed my second pair of these slippers in less than a year. The first pair lost stitching along the front and were promptly replaced. The second pair came apart in two different places; shoe goo took care of the separation between the sole and leather rim, but the stitching came out again at the toe.

Good Alternative to Haflingers

I bought these slippers to replace my old Haflingers, which had been my favorites since I put on my first pair while visiting a friend in Berlin. Pandemic supply-chain problems have made those imports unavailable here in my size, so after some research I settled on these Acorns. I'm happy with them. First, they're about half the price of the Haflingers. They are comfortable and seem sturdy. (I'll know better about sturdiness after the first wash.) I only wish they were available in an easy-to-slip-on mule style, but they are easy enough to put on when you have a hand free to pull the backs over your heel. I may stick with them even if/when Haflingers become available again.

Great Slipper for the Money

This is my 3rd pair of Acorn Slippers. I've tried many slippers over the years and none of them fit correctly. These stay snug and are very warm. With the rubber sole are great for walking around outside in. This is the only slipper I will ever buy.

We love the Acorn Moc slippers.

I got my husband hooked on the Acorn Moc slippers! He loves them! My first pair was probably back in the eighties. The soles were leather in lieu of non skid soles they have today. I remember being a little disappointed they changed cause when you get something you like you don't want it to change, but actually the non skid soles are even better because we wear them from indoors to out and back. He loves that he can wear them to get wood outside for the fireplace or get the mail, take the trash out, etc w/o having to change shoes. We wear them year round... Love the comfort, warmth, and durability! Thanks for making a quality product and keeping the price affordable.

Luxurious, Comfortable, Warm Slippers

I was in need of a great pair of slippers. I'm on my feet a lot and my feet were hurting in the evenings. I wear special insoles with arch support to aid with this. So I searched the Internet for the best slippers I could find that had some type of support, and found these Isotoner Acorn slippers. These are VERY comfortable. I have been walking in them for several days now at home, and they are great. They keep my feet & toes warm, and best of all, they are extremely luxurious to wear. The 'furry' walls inside feels incredible on my feet, and there's enough padding on the bottom to relieve the stress on my feet from standing in shoes all day. I am very pleased with these slippers.

WFH footwear

Since I am working 100% from home now, I am wearing slippers pretty much all day long, at least when I am in the house. My feet get cold with just socks, so I need the added protection of slippers and the Acorns do the job well. Previous slippers made my feet sweat and they just got gross after a while. Haven't had to throw these in the washer yet, but so far no sweat, just comfort.

This particular product is not for me

I don't want to come off harsh by giving 1 star for these slippers as I love this company and I love the other pair of Acorn slippers that I have. My expectation for the "Cloud Cushion comfort" was high and it is the biggest disappointment. I have worn these now for 10 days and the cloud cushion is completely flattened and although they are soft to touch inside, the cushion has flattened to a minimum and close to the sole. The slippers also relaxed and have become much wider and opened around my feet making them rather clumsy. The dark blue color really shows lint and picks up stuff that makes them look messy. I just feel a bit of a slob wearing these and opt for my boot slippers which I love.
