Robust Rack
Very robust rack and happy with the quality. Dropped a star only because of the mounting screws that are phillips head. A better option would be a screw with a star head out better still lag bolts. Overall, very happy with the product and would recommend.
Quick installation
We own 3 sets of these. They are easy to install, we stacked them on top of each other in our garage. Nicely padded. Had staps you can secure the kayak with but we found they are completely stable without the straps. When we installed the racks above about 3.5 feet we can’t reach the straps to lock it down, but like I said they are secure without the straps (unless perhaps if you are in earthquake area). In an average garage stacking 3 was about the max that could be done, but you might be able to fit 4 if you were careful.
Use Lag bolts for install!!!
Installation tip - the screws included will strip regardless of what you use. I would suggest getting some Lag bolts and using a socket. You'll thank me later!!!

Excellent hangers and customer service
I bought the hangers and they worked excellent! I did have a broken plastic clasp and emailed customer support. They answered back immediately and got me the replacement part. Great part with great service. Just had to pass on my good experience
Good Kayak Storage System
The product arrived safe and secure. It was easy to put up and I enjoyed the humorous video instruction as well. The Suspenz EZ Boat Rack is holding my 13.5 foot Wilderness Pamlico Tandem Kayak safely and securely against a wall in my attached garage. This is worth the price for the security.
Worth It
Seems like a really good product. I just finished installing it. Four burly screws and you’re done. Solid rectangular shaped steel bars that nestle solidly against the wall. Good padding. Good strapping with nylon clips. I installed mine about 5 feet high so it isn’t too hard to get the boat into it, but I can still store stuff underneath of it. REI ships quick.
