Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Bought them in small for me, I'm 5' 4"130 lbs and xs for my daughter 5'6" 115 lbs., for a scout wknd w/temps 30° and windy in northern nj. They were fantastic. Very comfortable, however a bit long for me. So I tried the Patagonia mid weight, but they were short in the rise. I might have the rei bottoms shortened.
Bought 2 pairs of these leggings for Kilimanjaro and they kept me warm through all those chilly nights in the tent. They do run a bit big but I layered them over compression tights for an extra layer of warmth and they were very comfortable. Only complaint is the waistband elastic quality is pretty cheap and after a couple of days of wear it had permanently creased. Otherwise, great buy for the price!
these were warm and comfortable which makes me disappointed that the first time I washed them - cold air dry - the waist band folded and bunched up making it lumpy and less comfortable. I have returned them
Warm, snug fit, and perfect for sleeping in the cold.
These midweight base layer tights are awesome in every way (keeps you warm & high-rise keeps the snow out) except for the fact that the waistband doesn't stay flat. It bunches up & the elastic doesn't bounce back into a flat strip, more like crinkled up. Otherwise, I'm happy with them, and they do the job I want them to do.
Tight s fit well, have a nice texture and weight. Major flaw is the tag in the back. since these are tights and fit snug, the extra stiching in the back for the tag is very uncomfortable and scratchy against skin. As soon as I find my seam ripper I am going to take the tag off and hopefully that will render tights wearable.
We got these for my wife before we went skiing last week. She was only wearing lightweight rain paints over these and stayed plenty warm on the mountain. Great thermals for the price.
Wore this to sleep at night during a backpacking trip in the Smokies and they are so comfortable!! Def a good purchase and I highly recommend them.
Super comfortable and true to size. Very pleased with them.
