Love it! Our 6 year old wears the bottoms and tops as a base layer for sledding, outdoor play, and hockey. We live in Minnesota and this winter the snow and cold came early and often and our guy has been out enjoying every minute of it. So far the temps have gotten down to 5 degrees F and he has been comfortable and happy in that weather. Fit is exceptional. Also works well as a base layer for hockey practice. If you're reading this part and thinking "ok", then your child will be warm and happy with just these. Great fit and allows full and comfortable range of movement. And warm! Best long johns we've gotten for our winter guy yet.
These will get the job done. They're warm, but they're incredibly rough and itchy like the wool you were afraid of as a kid. They are a bit baggy around the waist and the elastic is quite stiff.
Biggest kids size 14-16 EVER! My wife fit them. Sizing seemed to be way off...beware...be warned
XxS female- fit perfectly - for my mother - in - law
My daughter is quite happy with her new long undies. She described them as comfortable, warm, and not itchy. She also thinks the color is really pretty. They seem well made and I have hopes these will hold up for several years across my two children, used primarily during ski season and to stay warm at night camping.
Bought these because they are more substantial than Smartwool. My kids have worn them for two years now with no complaints. We hike and camp in winter and I appreciate the extra protection keeping my kids safe.
My boy (4 and 5 years old) have been wearing these bottoms, with the matching tops, all winter long here in the Boston area. These are our favorite base layer - merino wool is expensive, but worth it. So comfy that they often end up wearing it all day long after stripping off snow gear. I joke that I shouldn’t have bought them any real clothes this winter - just several sets of this base layer :)
After relatively light usage by my son the pants developed a huge hole around the knee area within 2 weeks of purchasing.
These wool pants are great. My daughter is tall and skinny and the pants are long enough while still fitting her waist. She regularly wears them for PJs around the house. In the summer they're cool enough for her to wear as hiking pants, but great in winter as a base layer. She loves them, we have 2 pairs and will be adding more this fall.
I'm a petite adult female (5'3 size 2-4) and it fit perfectly. Nice midweight baselayer. Definitely happy so far with this purchase.
