I love mine !
I'm primarily a hiker and am used to a well thought out kit and the 22L capacity worked very well coupled with my handlebar bag. June of 2019 I bikepacked on and mostly off road during The Great Cycle Challenge for Children's Cancer Research a distance of 352 miles through days of thunderstorms and enough mud to stop up my gearset constantly. Coupled with the Topeak rain cover mine performed flawlessly. No zipper problems, no track problems and if you're not carrying the kitchen sink I really recommend the convenience and versatility of this bag.

Functionally great but poor materials/construction
I'm a daily bike commuter, and this bag is perfect for what I need to bring in. Some days it's just my clothes, and the trunk bag is plenty large. Other days I'm bringing in food or a laptop, and the expandable panniers are well-suited to hold plenty, and fold out of the way when not needed. BUT after a month of use, the velcro that attaches the bag to the rack has started to fail. The "hook" part is fine, but the "loop" sections are frayed (see photo) and will not stay fastened. Needless to say, I cannot trust this product to stay attached to my bike. Topeak used to be a quality brand (I have tools and other bags that are 20 years old), but this breakdown in materials and their unwillingness to honor their warranty will steer me away from this brand in the future.

Color me impressed!

I primarily picked up the bag to hold clothes and gear for my daily commute. However, the size of the bag provides more utility than I anticipated. Worth the money! Take a look at what fits inside!

Combo rack bag that carries more than it looks.

This integrated rack and pannier combo was an excellent buy. The top rack bag remained stiff and held its shape while the fold-out panniers held more than they were designed for. Having to make second purchase of this one thanks to the first ones I bought getting ripped off my bike. Take em off if you got to leave the bike outside for whatever reason.

Trunk bag replacement

Went into our local REI to return a trunk bag I ordered online at a great price but was too small and replaced it with this much more suitable larger bag. Very good quality and easy to mount with attached Velcro straps.

Great work commute bag

I was wondering how this bag was going to work on my existing rack for my full suspension mt. bike but turned out to work just great!! Used small bungees to anchor the side bags to my bike frame which kept them from flapping into my rear tire. Lots of room for a change of clothes, coffee thermos, and top expands for my insulated lunch bag...

Great rack, zippers give out over time

This is my second Topeak DXP and I'm about to buy a third... I get a few years of use out of each, commuting most days and of course using the zippers quite a bit. Zippers on both gave out eventually. I also wish the inner pocket was had a zip or cinch closure so stuff didn't fall out every time I fully open the top... Other than that a great bag with tons of space.

Nice trunkbag!

I really like this trunk bag, as its material seems to be the kind that will last. A couple of years ago I bought a $30-$40 one on Amazon, and the saddlebag material was especially cheap. Near the zippers it soon ripped out, and was impossible to repair. I leave the trunkbag on the bike, so I don't need (or want) it easily removable.

Exceptionally well designed and Constructed!

The design of this product was well thought out and provides expansion that will contain an amazing amount of contents. The sides are semi-hard, zippers are of god quality and the velcro attachments make the bag very secure to your rack.
