Not comfortable at all. I wore them around the house for a couple of days. I didn't think they were too bad. And I have narrow feet, so they seem to fit okay. Then we went out shopping. Ended up with a large blister on my left foot, in a very odd spot. I literally can't wear these shoes. What a disappointment. Not my first pair of Merrell's by far. But this may be my last.
These shoes are comfortable for hiking, trail walking, and daily use with little break-in. They fit true to size and look more compact on the foot than other similar footwear. First pair of Crosslander after long time Moab lover and I'm sold....
These hiking shoes have many uses - work, casual, short hikes. I’m now on my third pair - and that is not a complaint about the quality, more that they are so good and comfortable that they get worn out from over use.
Crosslander is the best fit for me. Nothing else matches the comfort, support, and toe room. All other shoes are too rounded and push up against the toe.
Merrell crosslander 2 and 3 is the best shoes ever for walking in the wood and daily life, i'm sad that is no more crossander 2 to buy .
I’ve worn them for a few weeks, but I’ve worn the brand for decades, it my go to.
Nice looking and well built shoe. I wish the insole were softer and comfier.
