Needed an everyday black stretchy dress. Love this so much. Flattering neckline. Great basic piece to add to your closet. Easy to accessorize and have fun with. Love the razorback and built in bra! I wore it on a hike, changed my shoes, then wore it to a birthday party. So easy! Was also a great outfit for a plane ride.

If I could give it a 4.5 I would due to the length....but this fits me so well in all the right places: I'm small in the bust (32A) and wider in the hips (38"), and this dress goes in and out right where it should on my frame. I'm 5' 110 lbs and I got the XS. The fabric is great too: heavier, but that helps with the shape and coverage. It does fall clear down to my mid-lower calf though: so if length is what you want, go for it, just don't take wide strides...I feel a little bit like Morticia Addams.
Cute, but didn't cut it
The material feel gorgeous, the carrob colour is beautiful, and the cut of the dress looked simple and fresh. Based on other reviews, I ordered up to a size medium even though I typically wear a small (5'4", 32c, 135lbs, 29" waist, 39" hips, athletic build), but ordered a medium. The dress was too big in the chest and tight in the hips and across the bottom. I have big hips and usually prana dresses are cut to allow for a flattering and comfy hip skim, but this made me feel like a stuffed sausage! I also couldn't even walk a normal stride without hiking the dress above my knees. The fabric would be great for a fall/spring dress and it felt so soft, but lacked the breathability needed for hot summer days. With the too-thick fabric and odd cut of the dress, I had to send it back.
Soft, Comfortable & Flattering — If You’re Ready for It
The fabric is incredibly supple and soft, and the dress is very comfortable. My only challenge is that it really shows my figure — including my muffin top! If you’d prefer to keep things a little more hidden, you may want to size up for a looser fit. I’m keeping it, though, and hitting the gym, because it’s that comfortable and worth the effort.
Great Dress from Summer to Fall - Perfect for Travel, Day Trips, Lounging or Whatever!
[Employee of prana] This is a very comfortable and flattering dress. I like this dress so much that I bought it in all 3 colors and am planning on getting the new dark red/wine color as well. This dress is really quite versatile, and is great for travel, because you can wear it during the day with flats or flip flops, then add a light jacked and switch to flatforms or platforms in the evening. I really like the way this dress flatters the upper body (such as shoulders and back), and also lightly hugs the mid-section and lower body without being too tight and/or unforgiving of an imperfect waistline. I confess that when I am feeling a little bloated, from either eating too much at happy hour, not drinking enough water, or whatever - I wear some light shapewear underneath it. I think this is also a great way to cozy it up when the weather starts to transition from Summer to Fall. Overall, this is a great dress, at a great price. I highly recommend it!
I love it!
I'm 45 years old, 5'9" and 158 pounds (athletic build, B cup) and this dress is perfect for me! The fabric is just fitted enough and just the right amount of stretchy without being clingy. I wore it on a day walking around Quebec City recently and it was super comfortable. I love the built in bra for simplicity.
Unflattering for rectangle body types
I am 5'7", 135 lbs, with a rectangle build and ordered my usual M. The top of this dress fit me great, but then it ballooned out in the hips with so much extra fabric. Very unflattering on my body type, be aware if you are also lacking curves in the hips/thighs.
Fabric heavy but cute cut
I really love this dress. It’s more fitted than i thought it would be but it’s comfortable. Love the bust support and coverage. I’m a D. Love the length too. The fabric is very thick though, which is not ideal if you live in a hot climate.
Great for travel and sunny days.
Fits great. I’m 5’7” and the hem goes below my knees. I wear it with a sports bra. I have a small bust but larger hip so I went up to a medium. I’m 150lbs. It washes really easy. I’m excited to take this on travels as well.
Flattering
This dress is comfortable and very slimming. True to size. Like the built-in bra, but wish prana would make it for smaller breasted women, which is why I took a star away. Material is not too thin, which I like.
