Perfect for travelling while rehabbing ankle
I was giving up hope on finding a pair of shoes that would work for my healed ankle avulsion fracture with grade 3 sprain, when I found these. I can adjust the laces to wear a sleeve brace in one shoe when needed, with plenty of support and plenty of toe room. My bunion on the other foot is well accommodated too. After 2 months in the medical boot and another 2 months in a high top Merrell hiker that weighs twice as much as these, this pair of shoes feels like magic! Comfortable and energizing. The shoes came in a new generic shoebox, the original had been damaged. Not a problem. Fast shipping always appreciated. Thank you, REI!
Good shoe- would recommend
The shoes are comfortable and have are wide enough at the ball of my foot to meet my expectations. The 1st day I wore them for about 5 miles and came home to a blister on the outside (right side, right foot) of my heel. I have never in my life gotten a blister in that spot before this. The arch support in them is great and I like the overall "breeziness" of the shoe. They are going to be perfect when the weather warms up (or when I travel to warm destinations)!
Love them
Very comfortable. Went hiking in then this weekend up and down hills, through creek beds and over large boulders. Traction, even when wet, was incredible and they dried quickly while continuing on our hike. Pair with quality quick dry socks and these are perfect! Also... after a three mile hike, no foot pain! Lightweight but sturdy!
Excellent
Great pair of hiking shoes/sneakers! They are lightweight, stay cool (I can feel the breeze through them!), and comfortable. Spent a day hiking in Utah and my feet felt great the whole time.
