Merrell  Speed Strike 2 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boots - Men's

Bought these shoes like 6 months ago and I really like the fit and how comfortable they are. They haven't fell apart like other shoes I have purchased in the past with other brands. But my only issue is the top lace guide on both shoes on the inside broke off making it hard to keep these shoes tied unless I don't use them. Not sure if it's just mine and I got a defective one or if they all are prone to breaking with normal use. I really like these shoes and the fit but I will not be trying any others due to how easy it is for them to break in the most inconvenient way!

Great comfortable hiking and everyday shoe. I haven’t tested the waterproofness yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing how they hold up.

Two features I was focused on in a hiking/hunting boot - light weight and wide width. This boot does not disappoint. They are very light weight and in the field, every ounce you carry matters. And to my surprise, the wide width is actually roomy enough for my 4E wide feet. Plenty of room for thick socks! I ordered a 9 although my normal size is 8 1/2 and probably could have done with an 8 1/2 wide. Normally I have to size up for shoes and boots even in claimed wide widths. These boots are also comfortable right out of the box, with plenty of cushioning. Can't wait to get them into the woods and see how they do!

My Merrell's, are used every day Automotive / Collision shop , Super lite in weight not dragging around 2 feet at 3:00pm,, The fit is nice snug no looseness. They lace up with out a struggle

Very comfortable they stick to the floor they give me bounce if I asked for it good ankle support and definitely walk 11000 feet in a 8 hour work day. Yes, I used them as work boots I work at hospital and I tell you for good commercial use it in one of your advertisement O yeah they are stylish, people ask me why do I wear those they look nice I should buy something cheaper for work,Nope I want comfort and to be able to do jobs I gotta do with worry about my feet at the end of the day.

I am extremely happy that I found these Merrell Speed Strike 2 boots. I had searched and tried on many pairs of hiking boots and shoes before trying these on. But as soon as I tried these on, I knew they were exactly what I had been hoping to find. A very good fit, comfortable, lightweight and waterproof. Great value too.

Bought these last week for work/hiking overall lightweight and great feel but the soles are rock hard garbage and pretty much need to be switched out immediately for prolonged use.

I bought these about 3 months ago, they look nice and fit well. But they are not waterproof and they are extremely slippery in snow and ice. The soles are hard plastic not rubber.

Unfortunately, the left boot tongue is crumpled such that even after weeks of wear it hasn't broken in. Otherwise they are the perfect hiking boot for me. Look great too.

Comfortable shoes, used them for hiking. Felt light on my feet. Not too heavy to pack. I used double socks as my feet are narrow and my feet were comfortable.
