Love my new lightweight trainers! There’s plenty of toe room, flexible ride, super lightweight and good grip on the roads. I’m heavy older runner and I feel they have plenty of support.
These shoes are SO light. Naturally, this mean the materials aren’t the most durable. Especially the sole, which has a thin layer of plastic instead of a proper bottom. That said, I put hundreds of miles on these and used them on dirt / gravel until the bottom flimsy plastic sole started to peel up and impede with my ability to walk / run. I superglued it down and it’s holding. But honestly, they held up surprisingly well considering how light the materials are. I found these extremely comfortable out of the box and never experienced any blisters or pain wearing these. In the future I might try a slightly heavier, more durable topo road shoe.
my toes are happy again. I was having issues with my 4th and 5th toes rubbing together and creating painful calluses. I switched for the wider Topo toebox. Overall fit is great. It is stiffer than the cushioned shoes I was wearing, but toes and feet are feeling good during runs and after.
Love the look overall and really comfy. But, the foam looks like styrofoam from a cheap disposable cooler. Just not sure how they will hold up. Definitely a no sock shoe. And the insole has a decal along the arch which sticks to your foot when not wearing socks. The out sole is also very thin. These seem like coffee runners more than something that will hold up for regular running use. Sigh. I want to keep them but a gamble for the money even when on sale.
I am sending these back for three reasons: - They are not merely white mesh but almost transparent. - While I hear the foam is good for energy return, it looks like styrofoam. - I brought these to my podiatrist and he told me they were too flimsy. I bought them because I wanted something cushioned yet still responsive. I never ran in them, but I think they would have worked well.
Purchased in March 2026. Only wear for running, average 12-15 miles per week for less than 5 months. The material on the side recently tore, leaving a large slash on the side of it. Loved them but wish they would have lasted longer. They still look new but I am going to have to throw them away.
I really wanted to like these shoes! They're incredibly light and have all the toe room my wide feet need! But I have quite high arches and the supports built into these were still sitting too high and far back by the heels. With each step they were putting real pressure on my abductor hallucis :-( So they're getting returned.
Bought these for my 85 years young mom. She is so active: hiking, bowling, soft ball, walking and yoga. She loves them. They fit comfortably and holds up when walking in dusty terrains.
