Look nice, little warmth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately these gloves are a 1 star or less for me. Reading the description I had high hopes as Marmot was a brand I had heard good things about. In reality they have almost no insulation. My hands freeze quickly even with glove liners on in 15 minutes of snow blowing along 20° F temperatures. Really let down. It is rare that I write a review, but had to in this case.
Exemplary Performance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very great gloves. I haven’t tested the waterproof ability, but come on, they’re Gore-Tex! However, I did test their insulation ability. I was driving at a speed of 70mph, in 32*F. Which corrected for windchill is 12*F. I was able to keep my hand outside the window, in the 70mph air for 5 minutes with the glove on. After the 5 min elapsed I felt absolutely no cold air, nor did my hand feel cold at any point. So, I’m very happy with how they performed in quite difficult conditions. The dexterity and flexibility of the fingers is great compared to my old North Face Gloves. They fit me very well, which I attribute to my accurate measurements taken with a proper soft measuring tape.
Great fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent fit. A bit thinner than I expected but will get liner for the colder dahs
