My next pair will be another zip pair
Love these shoes. Replaced Ariats as my everyday horse barn shoes two years ago when the second pair in a row didn't last two months. I have worn several styles of Moab’s now for barn time and my rose colored ones for going to lunch with the girls. My only complaint is the laces always come untied. I loved the idea of a solid fit like a tie though. When I replace this pair, I plan to buy another pair of these. The fit is perfect, the zipper is smooth, and the comfort level for all day wear is amazing. I can’t wait until they come in more colors and the waterproof variety.
Moab 3 ready zip
I really liked the zipper idea and the shoes…but I did not like the fact you can’t tighten them up at all! They are just what they are and since they were too loose on the top of my foot I had to send them back. Hopefully they will make the next version where you can get them as tight as you need them then just use the zipper for easy on/off.
Zip vs Lace
The shoes are very comfortable as I knew they would be. I have several Merrell shoes and I really like them. I prefer lace-up and didn't realize these have zipper on the side. It actually makes it easier to put on and take off, but I probably would have ordered a different pair if I had looked more closely.
Easy in and out
I live in the desert so you need good soles for kick about shoes because of the rocks. I don't want to put on hiking shoes and lace up every time I go out the door. These are perfect! They're a good shoe and I've worn them doing lite hiking.
The zipper is ok
I was unsure about the zipper, and the fit is not as snug as my favorite Moab 3 lace ups. But very convenient. A good “walking” shoe if not “hiking”

Comfortable, easy on/off, good quality. Would be nice if laces could be tightened to snug up the fit. Thinking of getting a second pair.

I’m 71 and the fit of the size 14 is great !!!! Lot of walking around the house and out in the woods. And just a great fit !!!!!!!
My shoes have zippers??
Comfortable, convenient, and stylish. I like them, but they would be better if there were a way to tighten the laces.

love the shoe, was concerned that zipper would be an issue but it is fantastic. no more retying often.

Love them all day comfort. Weather can't stop them sole grips Well. Highly recommend them.
