Very nice, but...
I was hoping this could replace my old case that is theoretically the same size. The old case is rigid and has a big empty main space, vs the Bellroy's flexibility and internal organization. It makes a difference. Most of my travel is to sporting events where I have to take some bulky clothing. After doing a trial pack, I realized that I can't fit the same amount of stuff into the Bellroy. Sorry to return such a quality case, but it's not quite meeting my needs. The Bellroy case has features that I would appreciate if I were only packing regular clothing. It's very lightweight. Having handles on all sides is great for me, a lefty. The wheels are superior and glide smoothly. Good quality zippers. A very sturdy handle assembly that I believe can be repaired if ever needed. The internal compartments could replace some or all packing cubes. Oh, and the clay color I ordered is lovely. Features I didn't like so much are all to do with space. The very solid handle assembly takes a lot of space from the inside. The main space divider also steals space and seems unnecessary. And the convenient external top pocket shares space with the interior, so filling that pocket means that you can't use the internal one.
