The new Endorphin Trainers are definitely a more cushion-forward hybrid of the Endorphin Speeds with a nice balance of speed and support. These have a denser cushion while still giving that rolling feel on each step from the 3/4 inch carbon fiber plate. I definitely felt them slap the ground a bit more on my mid strike, but that probably is from the extra weight (almost 50g extra). Not at all a complaint, but just an observation worth noting if you’re looking for a lighter faster shoe. I plan to grab for these on easy days and tempo days to help avoid injury during high mileage weeks. While I think I still prefer the Endorphin Speed overall for the extra boost (especially on interval and rep days), these are a great for the extra cushion to decrease impact and avoid injury! Great Shoe: 9/10
Thanks for the great feedback!
I’ve had the shoes for 3 wks now. If I wrote the review the first week it wouldn’t have been so good. The shoes were pretty noisy I thought … maybe the carbon fiber plate? don’t know and took 3 four mile runs before they started to feel good. They did feel good right out of the box. Excellent fit but it wasn’t until one week of 4 mile runs before I got to like them. Now in week three going on week 4 I like them a lot. I’ll give them a couple of months and hoping I’ll bump this up to a 5. Thx.
Been running in these for several weeks. I am a masters runner who has experienced 100's of shoes over my lifetime. This is an excellent c"concrete busting trainer for everday use. The endorphin trainers are the following. - light as a feather - buttery soft - excellent fit in the toe box with room to let toes be toes - reliable energy return with a "manageable" energy return that doesn't change your stride. - tough as nails over the course of a long run without any sign of material fatigue - the upper is easy to get in and out of but snugs up like a glove Really a delightful trainer that works for truly any distance you throw at them! Well done Saucony...

This is quickly becoming my favorite easy day shoe. Before break-in the shoe does feel slightly heavy and the foam combo odd, but it smoothes out after a couple of runs. Once broken in, the top layer of incredirun feels fantastic: soft, bouncy and unlike anything else on the market. The bottom layer mutes and stabilizes the ride without compromising enjoyment once the shoes break in. The exposed midsole is surprisingly durable and doesn't have any wear after 20 miles. The only downsides are that they're loud (not a huge deal for me but others may be bothered) and that they're not versatile. I think the loudness is because the exposed pwrrn foam is so firm, and I wonder if the shoe could be improved if the bottom layer softened up a bit and rubber coverage increased.
Being your favorite is our favorite!
I still have mixed feelings about these after putting over 300 miles on them during marathon training, where they’ve been my main workhorse. The midsole started out firmer than I expected despite the IncrediRUN foam — nowhere near as “squidgy” as the Elite 2s — and I’m not sure I train fast enough to get the most out of them, as they feel best at steady or uptempo paces, yet all‑out speed work I’d still grab something lighter like the Endorphin Speeds. That said, they’re durable, dependable, and kept me feeling fresh and injury‑free even through my highest‑mileage weeks....I’m curious to see what tweaks Saucony makes for version 2 because they definitely have potential.
Thanks for your feedback Ryan!
Step into clouds and enjoy your easy runs with effortless comfort. The Endorphin Trainers support a memory foam like ride that allow for deep relaxation and maximum support. Definitely going to be my new easy shoe moving forward, replacing the HOKA Clifton series in my lineup.

I got this shoe about 4 days ago and today was my first day running in the them. This shoe felt great during my run. I ran 5 miles. They’re light and nice cushioned support.

I love the shoe as a trainer. Transitioning to my race day shoe is easy because of this shoe. Very comfortable and an upgrade from the Kinvara Pro.
Thanks for sharing your feedback Jeff!
After all the negative reviews, I went ahead and bought a pair. Im having buyers remorse after around 20 miles so far. The shoes are a bit heavier and clunky, not the mention the constant thumping sound these shoes make. At faster tempo runs the seem to handle fine, but slow easy runs feel sluggish and almost painful. The fit is fantastic, my daily before these were ride 17s and 18s which the ride 18 is a great all around shoe. Overall, I'll keep breaking them in, but Im still on the fence.
We appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
Happy with the trainer ran marathon right out of the gate no problem
