[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect jacket for my trip to Iceland. It held up to its standards for all of our excursions. Was perfect to throw on over sweatshirt and just go about the day of activities.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this jacket for rain and I got it in large so I could layer when it's cooler. I formerly had a North Face jacket that was similar but the lining crumbled inside the inner mesh. North Face was wonderful about helping me replace it with a refund & discount!!! My old jacket had a pocket to fold the hood into a collar but it doesn't take long to get used to a new style. The pockets are also higher than where I would normally place my hands, but once again I'm getting used to them. I wanted the color that was a shade lighter but it seems to have been discontinued for women. Over all I am very pleased with this jacket!
Unfortunately I had to return this jacket. First of all I did not like the Velcro used on the front to secure the storm flap. I could have tolerated the Velcro if it had fit correctly, but the jacket was straight and looked boxy on me. This jacket is made for layering I think. What I wanted was a summer jacket to wear over a tee shirt that was fitted at the waist. I have plenty of cool/cold weather jackets and never planned on layering in summer anyway. My size small was a perfect fit, but the design of the jacket was a big disappointment. When will companies start making fitted, feminine jackets and clothes?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket seams and fabric looks nice and comfortable however since I received it and opened it have lose nylon all over the zipper area it looks cheap and not the level of quality I was expecting. I purchased this jacket for a trip to Europe and I don't trust on taking it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good jacket. Just wish I had tried the pockets in the store. They are too high and very hard to get my hands in. Maybe not meant for hands? I struggled to put anything in pockets - phone, gloves, etc. I had to put my arms in an awkward position. Maybe I'll get used to it....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took this jacket on a recent cross country ski trip in Island Park, ID. Even though the temperature reached a true minus 36 the weekend before, we had rain and 38 degrees. Used the jacket to go snow shoeing instead. Kept me dry but not too warm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product immediately when I got it at the door... I LOVE ITTTTT. I'm very much recommending the product to other people as well. I have never seen a perfect well fitted jacket like this one WOWWWWW
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased for a trip to Ireland as the temperature would be in the low-mid 60s and always a possibility of rain, it worked great! Wasn't cold or wet and with a good undershirt, it was perfect.
I love this jacket. It is a lot warmer than it looks and blocks the wind completely. The only downside is the packet placement is a little weird. Everything else is great. Fits perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I presently have 3 of these. All 3 have rubber fabric pealing off neck. Too late to return any. I use one as a back up in my car and the other 8n my golf cart. Water leaks around hood.
