10 day travel bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best bag I have purchased, travel for work 10 days at a time. I took up my clothes for more room. Attached a hook on the bag to hold water bottle. I also can take it on hikes if needed .

Good for leisure/travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for a solo 1.5 week trip to Europe. I am 5'2" and am moderately strong/active. This bag fit a ton of stuff and was manageable for a decent amount of time. I also had a suitcase so I'm sure if I only had the duffel it'd be even easier. Very comfortable straps.

Amazing and durable duffel bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product exceeded all expectations when it arrived. I am in the military and travel around quite a bit. I needed a duffel that was durable and spacious, one that I didn't need to worry about getting thrown around in the back of a C-130 or stuck on a pallet with a bunch of other cargo. This duffel is perfect. The materials are incredibly durable and thick, and every aspect of this thing is built to last. I actually bought two, and one is great for my everyday items, and has the capacity for a longer trip, and the other is perfect for storing equipment that I use for work, and I don't have to worry about tears or rips. Overall great bag!

Great bags, not waterproof though

We have about 8 of the Northface duffel bags in different sizes and colors, old and new model. We use them for short trips and vacations, All family members have there own bag. Like the handle on the new model. Overall I think these are great bags and we use them a lot. On vacations we have about 6 bags on our roof rack while traveling. On our recent trip through Norway I found out that the bags are not fully waterproof. Cloths inside were wet after driving in the rain (in the west of Norway it rains a lot). So we put our cloths in plastic bags inside the duffel bags to keep them dry. if someone has a tip for this I would be glad to hear.

Perfect For Days On The Slopes!

I love this bag! It fits my needs perfectly, albeit I was worried it would be too large & too much bag. I'm 5'0 and was intimated by the size, but the backpack straps on it make it a breeze to carry around. When I go snowboarding, I like to have one bag that carries all of my things: boots/helmet/clothes/change of clothes/extra shoes/snacks/whatever. This bag is a perfect size for the occasion and I love the water resistant material so I'm worry free about tossing my wet gear in there after a day on the slopes. I imagine I'll continue to get just as much use out of it once camping season is back around too! 10/10, would repurchase.

durable, quality material, best travel bag.

Made of durable, quality materials-and available in a multitude of sizes and colorways-The North Face Base Camp Duffel is a solid choice to take around the world. Especially as checked luggage. You can carry it as a duffle or wear it as a backpack. Although it's a more comfortable backpack than it looks, it doesn't compare to a backpack with robust harness systems-doubly so if you have a smaller frame. We love the cavernous main compartment as it's incredibly versatile, allowing you to pack all you need to zip around the world.

Duffel Bag Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this duffel bag with The North Face logo design in different colors throughout the exterior of the bag. When I was at an airport in the city of São Paulo in Brazil I discovered it online on their website. The price for it is reasonable considering it's pockets, outward look, it's size and the two options to carry it - one by a handle and the other as a backpack. Nowadays, I carry it as a backpack as practice for future trips and it rides with me in my car. Thank you The North Face for your business.

Fits all my gear. And at 59"(LWH), it's checked baggage too

Just purchased the Large "Camp Duffel" from Spokane North Face. I picked the large size because it fits my special 27" Roll-a-Table® perfectly, and at 60"(L+W+H) the duffel travels in a plane as checked baggage without being charged oversize rates... The large side/top loading flap gives good access and the robust side-walls keep the duffel bag standing-upright for efficient loading. Can't wait to use it on my next trip and have my trusty little 27" long Roll-a-Table® along with me too. Please see picture below !

Great duffle for high-school or college kid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son who is a sophomore in college. All of a sudden I realized that he was using those blue nylon, indestructible moving bags to transport himself to and from school and really he needed a smart-looking, large capacity, heavy duty duffle and this is it! He picked yellow and it's great. Bright, roomy, and strong. He's excited to take it back to school and it will last him a long, long time. I am going to get one as a graduation gift for my other son who will be going to college next year.

It would be 1 and 1000 times my #1 choice. Quality, design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on what would be the best duffel bag for my cycling, motorcycle and fishing adventures. There is no quality and resistance equal to that of Northface, in addition to the fact that they have been perfecting this model for more than 40 years. It would be 1 and 1000 times my #1 choice. It has been wet, it has received swamp, I have sat on it and declare that it is practically indestructible. I hope my grandchildren can use it in 10 years.
