HOW ABOUT SOME ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS?
I haven't had a chance to field test this wagon yet, but it looks to be very sturdy and useful. However, this item was delivered with no assembly instructions whatsoever. You'd think that assembling this wagon would be very easy, but it turns out that the wheels fall off if you don't do the assembly exactly as required -- and you're not told what that is. That the wheels fall off is quite aggravating. I'd strongly recommend to REI and to the manufacturer to print and distribute a one-page document with instructions. Let's not start off ownership of this handsome cart by frustrating the owner!
