Marmot  Minimalist Pertex Jacket - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy to receive this rain jacket.It is very high quality, and despite being lightweight, it protects extremely well from the wind. The hood is very comfortable and fits snugly — it doesn’t get in the way and, most importantly, provides great wind protection. I also loved the adjustable Velcro cuffs on the sleeves, which allow you to control how tight you want them to be. Another big plus for me is the drawstring at the bottom. I don’t like when jackets hang loosely at the hem because wind usually gets in there, and this completely solves that problem. The pockets are large and very convenient. There are also zippered vents under the arms to help regulate ventilation and sweating, which makes it perfect for outdoor sports and activities. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with this windbreaker and highly recommend it.

I appreciate the little piece of fabric at the very top after you zip up. It prevents your chin from rubbing against the zipper. It’s also breathable so you’re not sweating inside it.

I love the pockets and the way the hood will stay on your head even in heavy wind! It’s so easy to throw in my bag/car for when I need it! I love the sumac, burnt rust color! I love that it’s waterproof, windproof, breathable, easy to pack! The fabric is so nice I love it! It’s not too heavy like normal rain coats can be! It’s definitely worth every penny!

Easy washing/ drying instructions! Im very impressed!! Comfortable to wear for long periods of time !! You di dont get hot while wearing but still stay warm and dry !! Great for early spring/ fall temps ! Definitely a great investment for someone who has been looking into this brand ! And stylish!! Also has inside pocket as well !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a PNW resident, I’m always looking for a stylish, functional, and lightweight raincoat and this one fits the bill. First of all, the cut and color are absolutely striking. Even though the material is thin so you can layer underneath if you choose, it’s a material that doesn’t wrinkle or look sloppy. It also hits right below my rear so I can wear it comfortably with leggings. The color is my favorite aspect. It’s this neutral tan/taupe color that is flattering on any skin tone and matches virtually everything. This raincoat is completely waterproof and has a hood. I absolutely love this raincoat!

The size is perfect, I got a small since I was not planning on layering underneath and it fits with room for a sweater too. My only issue is it is not breathable and the rain jacket material is very sticky on my skin

In addition, it has waterproof pockets where you can store money or other things. It fit me perfectly and I'll consider it an essential item in my backpack when I go hiking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the jacket. It’s extremely lightweight, soft to the touch and packable but feels durable. The pertex shield repels rain and snow making it waterproof and keeping you dry. I have not yet tested it out in these weather conditions. I love the light neutral color. The fit is a little bigger than I had wanted but might work well wearing over thick sweaters. There are two pocket zippers and pit zips for underarm venting. Care is easy- just wash on gentle cycle. It does have that typical rain jacket noise, but I think everything else outweighs that minor annoyance. Overall, happy with the product!
