Very large and hard to find inside pockets
I was excited about this backpack, but I wound up returning it. It was larger than appeared on the website, and I found that it was difficult to locate the inside pockets, because the rolltop is so large and the inside is all black without any trim or lighter hemming to show where the edges of the pockets are. I tend to like Herschel supply, but this one wasn’t for me.

Got the yellow color and my fiancé couldn't be happier! The bag is big and great for getting all your work stuff inside.

Nice backpack
Would be perfect if a velcro fastener were added to the opening so it does not have to be wrapped with a very full load
