Never Received it
This review is not so much about the product because it is good, but more about REI. To be fair, I've been a member more than 30 years and generally rate the service I have received as top notch. This time they dropped the ball when I ordered this item during the anniversary sale and used my member benefit. I received the order confirmation but nothing after that. I checked the status and saw it was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. I never received any kind of notice from REI so I could apply my benefit to something else. I responded to a feedback request, yet never heard anything back. So failure on REI's part. As for the product, I ended up ordering from another seller and received it in a couple days. Overall a great cooler and I give it five stars.
Daily Driver
We have used this cooler on outings as a family of five and it is also used be either my partner or myself near daily for lunch/snacks when we are in the office. There is plenty of room to pack everything and still tuck in ice packs and water bottles. The handles are comfy and we like the little places to tuck things like sauces, napkins, keys, etc when needed. Very sturdy and has held up well with kids.
Nice, not great.
Good looking, doesn’t leak if kept upright (zipper not waterproof). Needs better insulation and a double zipper. Even Yeti ice doesn’t remain frozen all day. Nice size though.

It kept the food cold through a seven hour drive. It’s also so much more affordable than other brands - definitely good bang for the buck.
Perfect for a weekend trip
I was sent this through a seeding program and am obsessed! it's cute, compact, and holds temp very well. I like how durable it is and will be bringing it on many trips to come.
