So Far so Good

This is my first pair of Topos. I have been wearing zero drop shoes for about 5 years. So far I have worn them at the gym for CrossFit( not the weightlifting portion) , on the road for short runs and to work where I am on my feet all day. I like the shape which offers a wide enough toe box to splay toes and then narrower through my mid foot and heel. So for me a good fit.

I absolutely love these shoes!

I have been struggling to find something with a wider toe box. This is my first time trying Topos and it will definitely not be the last. The shoes are well made, cute, and comfortable right out of the box. They cup your heels which I wasn't used to but after the first 10 or so minutes I don't even notice it anymore. They are supportive, light, and I love how they are not bulky an don't make my feet look big like my Brooks do.

Hurts Arches

Loved them at first but after 57 miles (over the course of 2 weeks), my right arch is killing me. These shoes have aggressive arch support, and I don't think swapping out the insole will help; it seems that the last itself is the problem. Why do we need this much arch support? We don't. This is unfortunate b/c now I need to let my foot recover AND get new shoes.

Wide toe box

So happy a store associate recommended this brand. I usually wear Altra brand but they have narrowed their shoes. I was looking for a shoe with a wide toe box and low heel to toe drop. This shoe is a perfect fit. This shoe is lightweight and super comfortable on my bunion. Happy to have a new favorite brand.

Just what I needed

Pre-2016 Altras, Brooks Pureflow, OG Kinvaras. Light, firm, flexible, quick. Not doing anything extra for me, just taking the edge off the impact and getting out of the way. That’s all I ever asked. I know we’re all into our superfoams and plates and pillow shoes, but those never did anything but make my knees and Achilles hurt. This Topo is all I ever needed in a running shoe.

Comfy at first but not durable at all

After six months and with light to moderate use the shoes are already starting to come apart with glue detaching in several parts around the toe. Right from the beginning the fabric around my inner ankle rubbed away after my first hike in them. Theres also a dent in the front toe that I cant seem to smooth out which is annoying. Yes the shoes are comfortable but for the price I would hope for something more durable, will not be buying again.

Comfy and cool

VERY lightweight with cooling mesh uppers. The toe box is plenty wide and accommodates my bunions with room to spare. The sole seems s bit thinner than expected so I may add another insole if needed. I'll wait until I try them out longer.

Comfortable shoe with bunion

Finally! A shoe I can wear that doesn't irritate the bunion on my right foot. I have tried so many shoes with no success, until I found these. So thankful!
