Great for 40 degrees and a 5k

I bought this on a whim and have used it so far a few times in about 40-50 degree weather and it definitely keeps you warm. I look forward to trying it in the 30s this winter. I do not wear anything under it and I can easily do 3-5 miles with it. My only complaint is the whole watch hole thing, it may work for a Garmin or something but I use the ol' Apple Watch and it's absolutely useless with that. Overall I still love it as a winter weather running top.

Perfect for Layering

I love this thermal so much. The watch cut out is really great and such a nice small change. Wore with an insulated vest and was perfect for low 30s temps. Good layering piece without being too warm for fall/spring chilly days.
