I hate to say it, but it’s much more comfortable than atom. The material inside there super skin-friendly!
Great jacket. Used as standalone. Definitely agree the fit is much looser and baggier than other product of same size. Purchased size L.
This could be an essential winter layer. Great length and fit overall is remarkably good. I'm wearing the M over a Kyanite LT in L and it's basically the same dimensions, sleeve, body and collar. It obviously is very much "regular" for medium and leaves ample room under without being unnecessarily baggy. I'm 178cm and 85kg, wear L in most things for a bit of give and this is in M is perfect. And it's deceptively warm for its weight.
Wow, I love Arcteryx products but this one stands out. This is probably the most amazing all around jacket you can buy. I’m 5’8” with a hockey player build who loves to shred the mountain. I’ve tried on Atom hoodies and Proton hoodies and always found that I’m too broad for the slim fit look. Do not look elsewhere. This jacket is boxy in all the right ways and is not too tight around the shoulders. Would recommend to all my friends!
This is a perfectly light mid layer that’s roomy enough to add a light fleece like a Delta underneath for those brutal days. This kept me warm on a blizzard mammoth day. The crew neck is such an underrated feature. It allows all the other layers to work in unison without putting pressure on my neck.
The jacket itself is fine. I decided to return it shortly after trying it on because the chest logo is awkwardly large. I have a Gamma lightweight jacket, which I love, but the logo on the Allium is almost twice the size of the logo on the Gamma. I am not trying to broadcast the brand!
This intend to be little thin and little baggy. It's thin and baggy enought. Pockets super. There are very many products with slimmer fit and they are warm enought for your purpose if you are after them. Standalone or midlayer. Not too hot but just right.
This has been an excellent mid layer under shells and insulated jackets. It adds warmth without trapping moisture. It’s light and really adds very little bulk. Less than some fleece’s offer. It meets and exceeds my expectations.
This dress is great to wear as an outer layer, as described it is for skiing but wearing it in everyday life it's just as good, loose but not oversized. I've listed him as the best outer layer for late fall and early winter!
Better than the newer atoms they’ve been putting out. Great active insulation, but I also find myself using it as my main outer layer over a hoody or T-shirt . Only downside is the giant logo plastered on the chest.
