Good but not perfect
Based on one two hour riverside trail run in chilly and damp conditions, this breathes well esp at the back, but still might be a challenge in mid summer/higher intensity runs. Open pockets didn't feel safe for a phone on downhills but zip pocket is big enough. No bounce, no neck rubbing when carrying full flasks, easy access to jacket in lumbar pocket. Looks a bit small but stick to indicated sizing as design doesn't rub on arms
