[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nike ACG Men's Dri-FIT Mid-Layer 1/4-Zip Trail Running Top is definitely a comfortable top to wear for a run on the trails or any other activity. The soft lightweight texture of the material feels wonderful on my skin. It fits true to size , I'm loving the optional thumb holes in the sleeves. I like the 1/4 zipper , and when its zipped all the way up it's not touching my face , which I find myself annoyed by the ones that do. I thought the material might be one that will easily get snags but so far I have been proven wrong. Nike did good with the design of this shirt and I see myself wearing this often on the trails.

Personally, I'm someone who does get hot very easy which leads to constant taking on and off my sweaters. This one has been perfect for the current Spring weather. It is warm enough that I do not feel like I need more layers but light enough just rolling the sleeves up that I am not constantly taking it off. I definitely see this quarter zip being good for layering in the Winter if that is how anyone prefers to dress. It fits very well. I would recommend true to size. The only real con I would say this quarter zip has is that it snags easy. Similar to that of a cardigan. The snags were not anything too bad and were easy enough to take care off. No snags have ruined the top at all.

The waffle design isn't thick. The shirt is lightweight. The black color is great and allows for the logo to really pop. I have a small upper body with broad shoulders, so I opted for a size M. I appreciate the loose fit. The subtle details along the inner neckline is a gem. I'm not sure why but I really enjoy it being there. Thumb holes in running shirts are a must and this one didn't disappoint. If I were to change or complain about anything, it would be to shorten the shirt by just a tad bit. I am the one to blame though as I can't fill it out much on my upper body. I'd recommend this shirt to any trail runner needing a long sleeve lightweight shirt, no doubts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry fit shirt fits very well when worn as a base layer. It’s a little tight if warn as a midlayer with an undershirt. It is quite warm, and is comfortable when zipped to 3/4 of the way up. I have a 17inch neck so can’t comfortably zip it all the way but it’s not my preference to do so thus it isn’t an issue for me personally but others may prefer to zip up fully. I have never considered myself a size small (I wear a US size 32 waist pants and shoulder width of approximately 19 inches) but this actually is cut well for my frame. The moisture wicking properties were very good, better than other base layer wicking shirts to the point that I am temped to test it out as a skiing base layer this upcoming winter. There was sufficient freedom of movement in the elbows and shoulders for weightlifting and rowing. A little tight in the armpits but nothing too bad. One added feature that would be helpful would be some sort of reflective stripe on the back or sleeves for safety when running at night.

It is so light that you can't really feel it there but it provides some extra warmth on cooler days and provides some protection to your skin from the elements. If you do need to end up taking it off, it is easy to carry or tie around your waist. It can also easily be warn in plenty of other situations like the office or out with friends. This is a great option for both those that enjoy being active outside and others who like taking it easy and hanging out with friends.
