This is a half-baked product with missing accessor

Let me start by saying that I'm a long time Insta360 user. I purchased my first 360 camera back in 2018 and since then I purchased more than 5 different cameras and gimbals from them. I have the Go 3s camera which I love/hate but I learned to live with its shortcomings. Now back to the new Go Ultra: I came in a really small box, I unwrapped it and as I held it by the top of the box the bottom fell out and the camera hit concrete from 4 feet. It instantly got dinged up but luckily the lens did not break. I charged the camera for 3 hours and I inserted a brand new 512Gb Sandisk card in it. Now to the setup: you can't use it unless you set it up using the app. I took 3 attempts to connect to the app when it finally connected it prompted to download and install a firmware update. I failed multiple times saying no card is inserted or the battery is too low. Crazy! It went back and forth between these error messages and I was about to pack it up and send it back when it finally installed the update and I was able to access the camera's menu. Since I just got it a yesterday, I could not fully test it but here are my other dislikes: The accessories included are minimal - they don't even include an adapter to attach the camera to a tripod or selfie stick. What the heck??? My Go 3s came with a ballhead tripod mount and a sticky mount. Neither one of them are included and the tripod adapter from the Go 3s is NOT compatible with the Go Ultra. Why??? Every GoPro mount is the same across all generations and versions but Insta360 can't figure out a universal mount? Yes, you can buy the Universal Mount for $19.99, but it should be included. And still, that is just a GoPro mount, how about a PivotStand compatible with the Ultra? I can't even find it as an avaible accessory. Using the camera: I ran with it during my long run and I captured some wide angle shots. They are OK. What bothers me is that I want to use just the pod and be able to shoot in FreeFrame so I can re-frame later in the app. I have set the Single Press on the pod to FreeFrame video but no matter what I do the pod would only shoot regular video. This is so annoying! My recommendation: go with the Go 3s instead, not with this overpriced junk!
