[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t sure how I would like the liner since it is my first time wearing a pair of gym shorts with them built in. I assumed it would feel like wearing underwear+shorts to work out. Bulky, restrictive, a heat trap creating a crotch sauna for my nuggets. These shorts are none of the above. They feel light weight and breathable. Nothing snagging, bunchy or restrictive. I honestly love how they feel. Have only worn them 1 time so far. the true test of Summer is approaching. We will see what happens when the heat is up.
New pocket style sucks
I have been a long time Chubbies customer. Years…. When in Atlanta I stock up at their physical store. But man I was really let down on new style, they pockets are now made to the outer shell, making them useless. As soon as you sit down anything and everything in your pocket dumps out. Literally nothing will stay in the pocket once seated. I returned all the pairs I bought and ordered from a competitor. Hopefully this and others feed back changes the pocket style back to a sew in pocket.
Functionality and Comfort

I’ve been wearing Lululemon pace breakers for a long time and these shorts are a better garment for look, feel and functionality. I will say though, these trainers I have found to be better than the two pairs of swim trunks that I purchased. Would buy another pair.
