Lightweight, breathable, moisture wicking
This is a great shirt, a little pricey but hey i like the color so i'm willing to pay top dollar. This shirt is highly breathable, and dries pretty much immediately. Its great for biking, hiking, or just wearing as a moisture wicking baselayer while snowboarding or skinning in the backcountry. I really like this shirt, seems higher quality than the outdoor research equiv shirt i own. Its also true to size, don't need to play around with sizing up or down, just fits the way you'd expect - not loose, not tight (6 foot 180lbs of pure muscle, just for reference). Of course i don't put a shirt like this in the dryer, wash only but i'd expect this shirt to last several years and I'll edit this review the second its retired.
Chafed my chest while running
Extremely disappointed in this shirt - I just wore it for a 3.5 mile treadmill run and it chafed my chest horribly. First time buying a Rab product and my last. I’m not even sure I’d donate this and subject others to the misery of this shirt

This a very high quality shirt. It wicks moisture well. I definitely recommend this shirt to all runners.
